Though the exact cause of enuresis is unknown, the following factors play a role:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Bladder Problems<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">The bladder is a balloon like body organ that stores urine. When it gets full, urine flows out through the urethra found above the vagina opening in girls and in the centre of the penis in men. People suffering from enuresis have an overactive bladder syndrome. \u00a0The muscles that control the bladder contract involuntary leading to leaking of urine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Producing lots of urine<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Drinking too much water especially in the evening is another cause of enuresis. This mostly affects people with a small bladder capacity. Drinks such as tea, cola, coffee and caffeine also stimulate the production of urine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">In some cases of enuresis, a person does not produce enough vasopressin hormone which is responsible for regulating urine production. This makes the kidneys to produce too much urine for the bladder to hold.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Not going to the bathroom at night<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Once the bladder is full, a person will feel the need to go to the bathroom. But if you are deep sleeper and the brain fails to respond to the signal sent by the bladder, it will lead to bedwetting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">The nerve that attaches the bladder to the brain may not be fully developed hence failing to generate enough signal to send to the brain.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A natural and effective treatment approach involves using angelica, a clinically tested herb for strengthening the bladder and reduce frequent urination.
