lot of individuals, myself included, are product junkies. From our shampoos and conditioners to our body washes, every day we use these product and they go into our sewer systems. Although a lot of these products make our hair shinier, our skin smoother and our scents sweeter, many of them are filled with pollutants that are very harmful to our ecosystem. Moreover, when water is drained it goes to a wastewater treatment plant and the problem with this is that these plants were not designed to handle these harmful pllutants.<\/p>\n
