The problem is that when extracted from the plant, there is very little of the substance and can be very expensive to isolate them.<\/li>\n<li id=\"takeaway2\">It is very difficult for doctors to prescribe the correct amount if the marijuana is in joint form.  Everyone will be inhaling a different amount and it cannot be exact.<\/li>\n<li id=\"takeaway3\">Cannabinoid based medicines are becoming more accepted by the medical community.
