The study indicated that children who live in areas where they receive high amounts of fluoride in their water have significantly lower IQ&#8217;s than those living in areas with lower fluoride amounts in the water. The study found that fluoride created neurotoxicity in animals and effected learning and memory abilities.  In addition, the study reviewed and analyzed over twenty-seven studies done in twenty-two years showing that fluoridated water created neurological and developmental delays in the rural areas of China that were studied.
