The researcher’s review showed that the data generated regarding these plants did indeed indicate a high potential for treating an array of conditions. Traditional uses for the spice have included rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes, to name two. For example, black cumin has innate compounds that suppress inflammation, which accounts for the spice’s value in arthritic situations.
