Fiber <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whether you are looking to control your cholesterol or otherwise, your body needs fiber. Dietary fiber is found in fruits, vegetables, unrefined grains and legumes. The soluble fiber obtained from foods such as beans, lentils, citrus fruits, apples, flax seed meal, and barley are particularly efficient in reducing cholesterol.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/vitamins.vitanetonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/fruits-and-vegetables.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2622 alignright\" style=\"width: 288px; height: 177px;\" alt=\"fruits and vegetables\" src=\"http:\/\/vitamins.vitanetonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/fruits-and-vegetables.jpg\" width=\"299\" height=\"218\" \/><\/a>2. Other supplements that contain red yeast rice have small quantities of lovastatin.
