Along with being full of protein and fish oil, salmon is also a great source of vitamin D. The second food source for vitamin D is herring and sardines.<\/p>\n<p>These two come in many different forms and can be consumed to keep your vitamin D levels at an all time high. The third food is Cod liver oil. Another fish based source of vitamin D that you can use to keep your vitamin D levels high. The fourth source of food is canned tuna. Canned tuna can be eaten anywhere you go and also keep your vitamin D levels in check. The fifth food is oysters.
