If you are dehydrated, expect your body to alert you of the fact via many signs. About 3/4 of all Americans are dehydrated, which causes an array of health concerns small and large. If you are not drinking enough water, a minimum of 11 cups per day for women, you could have acute dehydration. Signs that indicate you are dehydrated include dry eyes and skin, acne, discolored urine with a bad odor, and fatigue, among many others.
