Protein Has The Power To Control Your Appetite

Protein Has The Power To Control Your Appetite

August 30, 2016 By Darrell Miller

800px-Breakfast!

Eating 20 – 30 grams of protein with each meal can sustain you longer and help you feel full longer than meals with less protein.  Many people have a breakfast that is mostly carbohydrates, breads cereals, these things get digested fast, and can leave you hungry.  When you get hungry, the temptation to snack happens, and 9 times out of 10 you eat something you shouldn’t and blow your diet.

If you are trying to loose weight, add a scoop or protein to your breakfast and say no to carbs snacks.
