Interesting read about surviving in the wilderness. The star of the story is the Karen Klein, the mom who hiked 26 hours through the snow to get help. Apparently, her choices of sustenance were not setting her up for success. Turns out, drinking urine and eating bits of trees were good for what she needed but wouldn’t have kept her going for long.
