Quite a few people have trouble sleeping and the usual “remedies”, like counting sheep, just aren’t working. Sometimes not being able to sleep can lead to sleeping medication which is not the best thing for you. Instead of counting sheep or taking sleeping medication, why not do some yoga instead. In today’s article, from Fitness Magazine, they have a few yoga poses you could do to help get some sleep. These yoga poses are great because they don’t harm your body in any way, they help you relax your mind, and you can do all the poses from the comfort of your bed. The entire routine takes up to 8 minutes. Each pose is fairly easy so that anyone can do each pose with ease. The first pose is called “Upside-down relaxation” which takes two minutes. The second pose is “Winding down twist” which takes up one minute. “Nighttime goddess stretch” is the third pose that takes up the next two minutes. After that is “Child’s Pose” for two minutes.
