Healthy living is about having healthy relationships. There is no scientific research that needs to be shown in order for someone to understand the truth of this statement.

However, one thing that may be missed in all of this is just how a healthy, loving relationship can be beneficial for both the giver and the receiver. It’s clear for the receiver that getting something good is going to help them feel good about themselves and feel loved. But did you also know that there can also be positive benefits for the giver as well?

Yes, it’s very clear that acts of altruism help to lower stress levels, blood pressure and help overall with giving off a great sense of happiness and peace to the giver.
