In the American Lung Association’s annual report does not reflect a positive outlook for the air quality of many counties across America. According to the association, 40 percent of all Americans are still breathing in air that is harmful to them, which does not bode well for their overall health. High levels of pollution of ozone can lead to maladies such as lung cancer, asthma, and other respiratory conditions. Thus, more needs to be done to create cleaner air for Americans.
