The World Health Organization found cannabinol risk-free when it comes to addiction. It is to be removed from the scheduled substances lists around the world.

Carfentanil which has nothing to do with marijuana is scheduled to be put on the list by the WHO on the schedule 1 and 4 lists. It prevents seizures among other ailmients. The compound Canibadol doesn’t bring psychoactive effects like normal marijuana so it wouldn’t be abused for recreational use.
