A Los Angeles law firm is representing approximately 140 people in a case against Monsanto. These people all claim to be suffering from non-Hodgkin lymphoma due to glyphosate exposure from their herbicide product, Roundup. Glyphosate is such a widely used product that the population of those filing the claims is widespread over a lot of professions. However, one third of the claimants are farmers. Their ultimate goal, in addition to seeking monetary compensation, is to get glyphosate banned so that others do not have to go through the same ordeal as them.
