Vitamin D May Slow the Development of Multiple Sclerosis

Researchers have recently discovered that vitamin D may prevent the onset of multiple sclerosis. A study of nearly 1,200 Danish men found that those who have a lot of exposure to the sun, which is an abundant source of vitamin D, during their youth showed symptoms of MS two years later than those who spent more time indoors.
