A recently published study has found that people belonging to the Millennial generation have a higher overall body mass index than their predecessors. However, Millennials are not heavier because they are eating more or exercising less than Generation Xers or Baby Boomers. While no definitive conclusions are reached, some researchers believe that higher stress levels and less sleep may be to blame.
