Going gluten free can be an imminent health risk. Many people believe that by going wheat free and gluten free is a good way to lose weight. However many researches have specified that eliminating gluten from your diet means that you are not eating the grains that are good for your heart health and for your body. When they did this study over a 26 year period discovered that the people who consumed the most gluten were actually the lowest risk for coronary heart disease risk. The also advise that you shouldn’t be on a gluten free diet unless you have been diagnosed with Coeliac disease.
