There are many different ways to consume coconut oil, and it has many different benefits and uses. You can put coconut oil on your skin before a shower and it will help keep your skin soft, and it surprisingly can protect you from the UV rays from the sun. It is also useful as a makeup remover and is also good for your hair before a wash. It is also very hydrating, so if you drink coconut water, it can offer added hydration as opposed to just water.
