In the modern world there are multiple ways to go about doing something. In today’s case, it is the multiple ways of getting the proper nutrients and vitamins you need. You can eat enough food to make sure you are getting the proper amount of nutrients or you can take supplements. Although supplements may be a bit easier to get the daily amount, is it really the best thing for your body? According to today’s article, they recommend getting your daily amount from actual foods rather than supplements. Although it is better to get your daily from real foods, there are instances where a person may need more of a certain vitamin or nutrient. In those cases it is alright to take supplements, but if it can be helped, get your vitamins and nutrients from real food.
