Reading this article definitely opened my eyes to the world of vitamins and why they are so important to all of us. After this read I am definitely going to start eating different and purchase supplements that can assist. Reproductive health is strongly influenced by diet and vitamin levels. I would have never thought before reading this passage that it could be so important. It is vital that everyone take vitamins especially if you have health conditions already. I believe that taking supplements could greatly reduce symptoms of underlying health concerns. I will become an advocate for people eating healthier and taking vitamins now.
