Super foods are something that has been getting a lot of hype over the past couple of years. The most common super food that people have heard of is probably acai. People know the health benefits that come from it and as a result, they keep going back for more. Now, there are a lot of studies coming out that refer to bee pollen as one of the most complete super foods out there. It has a lot of health benefits.
