Paleo dieters will want to avoid some of the less healthy aspects of cow’s milk. There are an array of healthy viable solutions to this problem, including using nut milk, camel’s milk and coconut milk. Camel and coconut milk have an array of health-promoting nutrients. Nut milk nutrition is often healthful too, but there will be variances depending upon what sort of nut the milk is made from. Camel milk is not only a good choice for its healthy fats, it is also a good choice for lactose intolerant individuals. It freezes well for those that Like to make frozen treats.
