It is one of those hottest spices that can not only enhance the taste of your foods but also serve your health in various ways. It is sometimes known as cow horn paper or bird paper and its special shape and color makes it one of the best looking spices. The therapeutic use of cayenne pepper needs special mention because it is been used in different societies of the world from ancient times.

Weight loss help: Cayenne pepper can decrease your appetite considerably for the day if you take it in breakfast. As your craving will be less, your calorie intake would also be low. This will help you lose weight easily.
