Chronic inflammation is linked to many serious health issues, and is present in the case of almost all of the major diseases. Adding a few special ingredients to coffee can help lessen or even eradicate chronic inflammation. Tumeric contains curcumin, an antioxidant, but it is also an anti-inflammatory. Adding just a little turmeric to coffee is enough to experience the benefits of curcumin. A tiny bit of ground pepper and a dash of cinnamon should also be added to coffee to battle chronic inflammation.
