In Franziska Spritzler’s article relating to signs of Vitamin D deficiency, she explains that Vitamin D is very essential to the body and that it has various jobs to complete across many body parts. She states that vitamin D is powerful because of it hormone like functions and the body’s through ability to use it One of the ways to receive it is through sunlight and some of the signs that it is deficient are dark skin and being overweight.
