Does exercise make you eat more?

Exercise may lead to you eating more. There is new research out that looks into how different exercises have an impact on your diet. It is a very tricky area to study though. A lot of people struggle with coming out of there gym and then overeating. There is a complicated relationship between exercise and weight loss. An interesting thing to note is that not all exercise stimulates appetite in the same way. There is a solution.
