Five tips for keeping blood sugar level under control

Controlling your blood sugar is more than merely limiting sweets. Instead, it is important to limit carbohydrates and make certain your intake is even throughout the day. Other tips include eating frequent small meals rather than infrequent large meals and exercising to reduce body fat and increase the body’s insulin sensitivity. Also suggested is increasing dietary fiber and eating foods that have a lower glycemic index.
