Did you know that if your heartbeat is irregular, you are at greater risk of a stroke? Many don’t seem to know that. A study of 1,000 persons with atrial fibrillation, a common heart disorder, found that one out of three Americans diagnosed with the condition had no idea that it puts them at increased risk of stroke.
