Researchers Find Sedentary Lifestyle, Poor Diet Can Result in Vitamin Deficiency

A new study coming out of the United Arab Emirates has found that as the body is subjected to increasing amounts of stress, its need for vitamin D and E also goes up. Researchers found that women who had sedentary lifestyles and poor diets had a much greater likelihood of becoming deficient in vitamin E and D than those that did not.
