Garlic is a safe, delicious, and inexpensive way to improve your health

Many of us love garlic for its aromatic and culinary qualities. However the pungent edible has been used by mankind for centuries with many benefits and for many reasons that go way beyond spicing up a dish of food.

Garlic has a long and distinguished history of being used as a healing agent to treat many sudden and persisting conditions. Today, science is proving the historic efficacy of the vaunted vegetable.

For example, research shows that garlic has value in the treatment of staph infections and against the pathogen that causes tuberculosis. Garlic’s proven power against these and other infection-causing microbes is especially hopeful as a potential trestment modality because many bacteria become highly resistant to,man-made drugs over time. Such is not the case with garlic.

Garlic has also been shown to delay or reduce the build-up of plaque in human arteries. It is hypotensive, useful in cases of cardiac disease and also has anti-cancer properties.

Key Takeaways:

  • Garlic doesn’t just have great aroma and flavor, it provides health benefits too.
  • Garlic works as an antibacterial agent which helps fight diseases especially prevalent in third-world countries.
  • Garlic also fights cardiovascular diseases and has anti-cancer agents as well.

“A lot of research revealed it effective against infectious diseases, some of the top killers in poor, developing countries.”
