The thyroid is an important part of our bodies for maintaining good health. The thyroid is responsible for many different body functions and we need it to be in top shape. Iodine is said to help with thyroid health and is found in many different foods and is probably even a little underrated. Many people are deficient in this without even realizing it. Many plant based foods contain iodine. It is a very unique mineral that is also found in salt water.
