Many people suffer from from inflamed muscles at any time in their lives. Most reach for ibuprofen or some other anti inflammatory drug, but there are spices that will do the same job. For inflammation due to arthritis or any other issue try spices such as cinnamon,garlic, ginger, rosemary, and tumeric to name a few. These spices can be added to foods to aid in the reduction of inflammation without the use of other medications.
