Those of us not suffering from celiac disease should probably not consider a gluten-free diet. Going gluten free eliminates fiber from your diet you have to replace lost fiber with fruits, vegetables and quinoa low fiber in your diet makes you hungry as well so it’s very important to replace lost fiber. Gluten free foods are not necessarily diet foods, don’t expect yo lose weight. Many gluten free foods are highly processed, so it’s important to stick to whole foods like rice and millet. You may lose essential vitamins, causing fatigue and must make up their loss.
