Anxiety is a very big problem in today’s society. With all the things that go on in the world it can be really hard to escape from all the stress of everyday life.
To help you escape all the stress is today’s video with a breathing exercise. The breathing pattern is to exhale twice the time that you inhale. For example, if I were to inhale for eight seconds I will then exhale for sixteen seconds.
