Ckean eating is defined by choosing and cooking foods from their natural state while avoiding refined sugar. Some clean eating diets also cut out gluten, dairy or may be raw foods only. The concept has been around fir ten years and although many celebrities do it, the diet is mostly followed by tend and women in their 20s who have the time to prepare the foods. It can be healthy but often, several nutrients are left out. The NHS has released eating guidelines that are healthier to follow. They recommend eating starchy carbs, fruit and vegetables, fish and water. They recommend cutting out sugar and salt . Most importantly be active and never skip breakfast.
