The way the article is set up is based on what high calorie food you may have eaten and what you need to do in order to burn it off. The first food is a lobster roll that is roughly around 600 calories. In order to burn this off you will need to do two hours of snorkeling to burn all those calories. The next food is fried clams which are around 400 calories. To burn this off you will need to partake in one hour of water skiing to get rid of those calories.
