The best proven way to avoid suffering from heart diseases is by consuming Mediterranean diet which is healthy.

Mediterranean diet is usually rich in fiber and high water content. It is also comprised of vegetables that has a low fat content. These food may include vegetables, oats, fish, red meat and fruits in general. All these are healthy and they help in burning the calories that are stored in our body muscles including blocking the heart arteries. Due to its low fat content, it is thus proven to be the best food to take since it helps in reducing death risk.
