High blood pressure, or low blood pressure, the main issue at large is making sure neither one results in hypertension which leads to heart attacks, or worse, or hypotension which will lead to organ failure due to lack of sufficient oxygen flowing throughout the body. Either way, knowing what the normal blood pressure level 120 over 80 is the healthy number you want to have showing whenever your blood pressure is taken. Basically, try to eat healthy and have a steady workout that you enjoy and it should keep the worst of either up or down in the blood pressures at a minimum.
