A recent, double-blind, medical study reiterates what many have believed for so long: that the extracts found in turmeric and ginger work together to amplify each others’ effects in minimizing the inflammation that causes so very many illnesses. While there are many causes for the inflammation that plagues many of us: from merely aging, to hormone imbalance, to dietary disemphases the causes are as diverse as the proposed solutions, yet, according to the study we now have a dietary address to the problem!
