Medical science has shown that the health of our gut is extremely important for the strength of our immunity system, but it is also an important factor for overall health. Probiotics have been proven useful in promoting the health of our gut. Primarily, they help reduce inflammation which can have many side effects. Inflammation is often cause by other disease like Parkinson’s, and new studies show that supplements in the form of probiotics can be a good addition to the therapy.
