You can mix it in water with turmeric and honey to boost ant inflammatory properties. Other natural foods that can be combined with Apple cider vinegar include, ginger root, clove with cinnamon bark, pomegranate juice, passion fruit, malt , thyme and pine syrup. All of these natural ingredients have beneficial properties that enhance the benefits of apple cider vinegar.
