If we talk about Vitamin B-1 it is also known as thiamine and it is one of the 8 vitamins of Vitamin B Complex. This particular vitamin is a water soluble vitamin and it helps your body to transform your food into glucose. Other than this, it also helps you in proper functioning of muscles, never and heart functioning that makes it the most important vitamin for human body. Along with this, it can also help you to improve your body immunity system that means if you have week immunity you can consume it to increase your body immunity.

Since Vitamin B-1 is a water soluble vitamin that means your body will never store it in your body and all the excess Vitamin B-1 will go out from your body via urine. That’s why it is suggested that people should consume it daily in their diet for a healthy body and other body and enough energy creation from food.

Is that it is available in a number of food products and if you take a healthy diet you can easily get it from your daily diet.
