Anti-inflammatory diets have been all the rage lately, especially since Tom Brady came forward about adhering to one himself. One of the best types of anti-inflammatory foods to include in your diet are blueberries. This is due to blueberries containing a component by the name of anthocyanins which is a natural antioxidant. Other anti-inflammatory foods include varieties such as salmon and sardines due to them including omega-3 fatty acids which reduce inflammatory symptoms throughout the body as well.
