New Years resolutions are notoriously difficult to stick to. However, fitness expert Bob Harper, using the acronym “STICK”, shows us how to maintain those goals: (S)top the increased fat, but instead balance fat, carbs and protein in one’s diet; (T)urmeric should be added in food for its various health benefits; (I)gnite one’s workout with more variety and challenges; (C)lear one’s head by turning phones off; and (K)itchen cleanup to get rid of food temptations. These five tools can allow anyone to reach their health and fitness in the upcoming year.
