Are superbugs becoming harder to treat because of all the antibiotics that are being used? CRE is one of those bugs that seems to be moving about the population much quicker then was originally estimated. Many people get this and have no symptoms at all. Of course the young and the frail are the ones that seem to be hit the hardest by any bug. Only the harshest antibiotics can touch some of these, and still, many times they still don’t work causing more illness and even death.
