Many people think that habits are a bad thing, but in fact habits can actually be good for you such as getting in the habit of working out everyday. As hard as it can be to break a habit, it can be just as hard to get in the habit of doing something. In today’s article is two ways you can form habits with no effort at all.
The two ways to do it is to “slip” into the habit and using your smart phone. When slipping into the habit you need to not really focus on the habit. In the case of meditation, instead of setting aside time for it, simply take a few seconds to focus on your breathing when getting out of bed. Doing these small actions will help you get into the habit much easier. The second way is to simply put a message of whatever you are trying to accomplish on your phone lock screen.
