Health is not simply a physical thing. We know that our bodies are in fact very important and in need of nutrients, exercise and proper food. This is a given. But another thing our bodies need is peace of mind. We are a stressful people. We are concerned with all sorts of things. From whether people like us to our jobs to our children and their well being.
