For many people they try to push off the difficulties in life through simply ignoring the difficulties to more drastic measures such as consuming alcohol. In order to get stronger, we need to change the way we think into a more head on approach. In today’s article is a method called the “face everything technique” which has only four steps. First, ask yourself what are you doing at the moment and then put it down.
The second step is to ask yourself what you are avoiding at the moment. Once you have identified what you are avoiding, you can move onto step three which is to face it. Step four is to remember how you went about facing your problem and then applying it to future problems that you may have.
