These habits are kind of common sense. The main theme is “take care of your body and don’t do anything insanely stupid”. My favorites are “find a job you love” (very important for stress) and “learn to cook”. Ladies love a man that cooks and if you find a job you love, it’s like you’re not even working. I love my job and I never need an alarm clock.
